Right to refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Out of Stock

In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock we will contact you immediately with a delivery date.

Services and Conditions of Use

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as ‘customer’ in this agreement.


We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days.  All orders will be sent out via either Royal Mail, or via a 24hr courier for larger items.

We charge £3.20  for Second Class delivery or £3.85 or First Class on all orders upto 1kg. Our charges reflect Royal Mail.

If for any reason there is a delay in dispatch we will contact customers via email.


At Cové we are passionate about the customer experience, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us by methods provided and we will look into the query.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.  The item must be in its original packaging.


Upon receiving your item we will advise you we are in receipt of it.  We will then inspect the item and will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your returned item qualifies for a refund we will reimburse you via the original payment method.   Dependent on your payment method companies policies, you will receive your funds under their timelines after we have sent the funds.  Shipping costs for the return of an item will be the sole responsibility of the customer.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you qualify for a refund, the original fee paid by the customer for shipping will be deducted from the original full payment and only the item cost will be refunded.
