Our Shipping costs are calculated by weight of your order

Royal Mail- 1kg 1st class = £3.85
Royal Mail – 1kg 2nd class= £3.20

Royal Mail -2kg 1st class= £5.57
Royal Mail -2kg 2nd class= £3.20

We do offer signed for, this would be an extra £1.

Please consider that we are a small business and each product is individually hand made in small batches. There may be a turn around time of up to 10 days.

Refund Policy

We are happy to refund your product in the event of any damage or default where Cové Candles is considered at fault, within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we will be unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our Candle Care Instructions. We strongly advise that these are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning experience.
